

- Currently, due to the heightened security since 9/11, there is limited staging of 10 minutes at the main terminal for limos. Because of this we ask that you have your luggage ready before having us called up.
- After you leave the plane head downstairs to the trains. Take the train to the Main terminal.
- Go to baggage claim level 5. There are three levels above ground at the main terminal, level 4, level 5, and level 6. We are only allowed to pick up our clients on level 5, which is the baggage claim level for all the airlines.
- After acquiring your luggage, call our office at 303-904-0742 or toll free 1-877-581-5466 and we can dispatch your driver to the appropriate door/pick-up area.
- Or you can to go to the limo booth on island #1 outside level 5 baggage claim. The door leading to the limousine pick-up area should be numbered either 506/510 on the west side, or door 507/511 on the east side.
- The limo booth should have an attendant nearby with an orange or yellow vest and a hand-radio. Give the attendant your full name and have them call up "Airport Car and Limo Service" Your chauffeur will then be dispatched from the airport holding lot just off the main terminal.
- It is pertinent that we have the name and flight information (before the traveler gets on the plane) to give to ground-transportation or they will not be able to dispatch us up to the terminal.
- Also, we apologize but we can not leave our vehicles unattended while parked in the passenger loading area, therefore ground transportation will not allow us to assist with your luggage from inside the terminal building to the car.
